350Z rims: is Z32 happy with 18" wheels?

Postby gwailo_joe » Tue Mar 24, 2009 3:03 am

Hello all,

This is not an original post by any means: I have been online to check the global/local Z community: so I do know that 350Z rims will 'fit'. . .but I want to know: How do they Feel??? 18 inches is awful big. . .Can I still make the same turn at high speed? Plus the holes in the asphalt in this town are no joke (in Oakland I hear they call 'em Dellums: but I gotta deal with Newsoms) So how much more will it jar the ride? I love the look: but I cant knock my fillings out every time I hit a lil' dip in the road: Those that know please advise. . .Thanks

I have 18's in the back, 17's in the front. No complaints.

Which 350Z wheels are you looking at?

oow oow, buy some from me! A lot of people run 18's with no problem, you can actually run 19's or 20's, but that's when you lose your drivability.

IDK how much I'll sell them for, some where around $400-500. They have tires, I don't remember their condition though. The worse they are the lower my price will be. This is what they look like, don't know if this is the style you want or not...

Yeah BB, that's the style I'm looking at. (Your rims are hella mint-y looking I must say. . .) But this dude on Craigslist is selling his (not as clean) but less than 10K on the Potenzas for $350. Must admit that's a pretty good deal: but I still must meet up with dude and make sure everything is on the up-and-up: if not I may hit you up. Thanks!
